your soil looks really sandy.. its the same soil that my friend had to germinate her vegetable seeds in, but that was in Karachi... why does it look so sandy !?

Riz the soil is actualy SILT,got it from the canal near my village,i have planted all my plants in it.

how is it working out for you using the silt with its high nitrogen content from fish waste !??

they sell fish emulsion in Uk , pretty expensive

cant say any thing about nitrogin(fish manuer) in it.but its very good in compare to oridinary soil. :cigar2:

yep,, that's the reason why the silt is good it has fish waste which is high in nitrogen.

can you buy fish emulsion commercially in Pakistan !?

Foliar feeding to transplants with small root systems.
Feeding perennial flowers, or vegetables.
Feeding greenhouse plants.
Sometimes used to confuse animal /pests

never saw fish emulsion in shops where i do shopping :rolleyes:
but what i use is cow manuer instead.....
its free
its available easily
its effective
encourage the the plant to grow more feeder roots
high in nitrogen

i planted five seedlings of pappaya on my wedding day,from which two can servive...one is not bearing fruit and only bear flowers.
