My mum made the kebabs before anyone starts to compliment my skills in the kitchen........

the home made chutney was awesome, i got the naan pockets from the shop and warmed them in the toaster.... really spicy kebabs.. ate them all in one sitting :D

today i made a stir fry....

and it was really tasty !!! had to put some extra spices in it to make it more desi ;)

Desi it means in indian style which is a little bit more hot due to the chilli powder.

the subzi ( vegetables) i am not good at i must admit.. i have problems with the "tharka" LOL
