This odd succulent plant was given to me as a gift and I had no idea what it was until it started to drip little buds off of the edges of its leaves. Apparently that's how it reproduces - each little bud falls off and becomes a new plant, thus it generates millions of new plants (and thus the name).

Here are two of the sprouts that I put in a pot to grow:

Here's an update - I forgot to bring it in when it rained and the rain knocked off all the little buds. Fortunately the main plant is fine :)

If you weren't across the ocean, Riz, I'd send you some of those little buds! if you manage to find anyone nearby who has one, though, I'm sure they'd be more than happy to give you as many as you want - those buds grow FAST and invade everything in sight.

oh gosh, I forgot all about this :)
Well unfortunately this plant is dead... nobody remembered to bring it in for the winter when I was gone and it subsequently froze to death.
That might have been a good thing though, because it was colonizing everything and everywhere - I must have pulled out a good 100-200 sprouts last time I was home. Apparently it's considered an invasive plant, so be very careful if you decide to invest in one :)
