I just sowed some seeds into a tray and put it in the cold frame today - meant to be a hardy perennial shrub so I'm planning to stick it wherever I've got space :D hopefully it'll bring some lovely fragrance and colour to the garden. Should be an easy grow (hah!) I know that it thrives despite being neglected sometimes. Anybody else got some in their gardens? We used to have some out front overspilling from my neighbours' garden but it disappeared.

yup I have a lavender bush in the front garden, smells gorgeous!! Doesn't need much care at all, just make sure you water itm, especially when its flowering! Don't worry about it during the winter, it will look completely dead, but it comes back to life every spring! Mine has been through freezing snow, sweltering heat and still survived! Very hardy plant :)
