butternut squash?

has anyone ever grown these? I planted one in the greenhouse and it has overtaken the greenhouse but nothing yet

Yes, we have grown butternut squash. The vines spread a lot, but I planted into an area with the rows about 6 ft apart. We have winter squash (butternut, acorn and delicata) that are ready to harvest now.

so does it look as if it is about to give lots of flowers but nothing happens?
